Welcome to Robin and Mark’s Wedding FAQ

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We’d love to see our family looking cool and comfortable! The dress code is resort casual — find your balance between comfort and style. We want you to feel relaxed but still look great for photos.

Please note: the entire party will be held outdoors on grass. Ladies, keep this in mind when choosing your footwear (heels may sink!).

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

We kindly ask that you be fully present with us during the ceremony and keep phones and cameras tucked away. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every moment, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you afterward. Thank you for helping us create a truly meaningful and unplugged experience.

WILL YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?

We will not be providing a shuttle from the hotel, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible.

WHAT IS PARKING LIKE?

We have plenty of parking at the venue! Please park at the end of the driveway along the fence—you’ll see signs to guide you. From there, hop on our golf cart shuttle that will take you to the celebration site.

ORDER OF EVENTS:

Welcome to our Celebration/pregame: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Ceremony:  6 PM

Dinner:  7 PM - 8 PM

After Party:  8 PM - 9 PM

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Of course! We’ll have an open premium bar available for our guests during the Welcome Celebration before the vows, through dinner after the ceremony, and well into the evening. Cheers!

WHAT'S THE VENUE LIKE?

Our celebration will take place at a family home on the river, complete with a dock and surrounded by palm and oak trees. We'll be enjoying the outdoors on a grassy lawn—mostly flat and even—so please dress comfortably and opt for grass-friendly shoes. Leave the stilettos at home! As the evening winds down, we plan to keep the good vibes going with a roaring bonfire under the stars (weather permitting).

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family. As we’re keeping the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those formally listed on your wedding invitation attend. If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, you’ll be able to RSVP with their name.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Yes! We love kids and want to share our celebration with your whole family. Just a heads-up — the event is by the water, so please keep a close eye on little ones for everyone's safety.

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Your love and well wishes truly mean the world to us—that's the most important gift of all.

If you’d like to contribute in a fun way, we’d love a bottle of your favorite spirits to help us stock the wedding bar for the celebration! Not sure what to bring? Just ask—we’ve got a few ideas.

Prefer something else? You’re welcome to contribute to our honeymoon fund instead.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN MARCH?
